Dr. Thomas was a breath of fresh air. She actually listened to my questions/concerns and took the time to walk me through my options and weigh the pros and cons. It’s been a long time since I’ve had an appointment that didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door.
I did have a bit of a wait before seeing the doctor, but she acknowledged it and apologized multiple times. It’s understandable that scheduling can get delayed, so I wasn’t upset. But it’s always appreciated when they acknowledge that your time is also important.

I absolutely adore Dr. Thomas. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was still in and out for my yearly GYN checkup in less than an hour. She explained everything that was going to happen and verbally stated what she was doing as she was doing it so there weren’t any surprises. This was my first time seeing Dr. Thomas as a new patient. The overall experience was great. I had a short wait time, the staff was friendly, and my room was clean. Dr. Thomas has great bedside manner. She took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss them. I never felt rushed and had ample time with her. I would recommend her/this office to anyone!

I loved the fact the office is all woman. Dr. Thomas listened and recommended things to me that other doctors didn’t. She put together a plan to help me with my concerns. My other obgyns used to all have the same suggestions and just prescribe medications.

I was a new patient, and the experience was amazing. The office was clean and comfortable. It did not feel like a regular plain doctor’s office which I loved. The wait time was very short. I had to complete paperwork, but the nurse was ready before I even finished the paperwork, so she just completed it with me once we got to the back. Everything was smooth and efficient. Dr. Thomas was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was also very thorough and made sure I knew all my options. This has honestly been the best experience I’ve had, and I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Thomas.

Dr. Thomas was one of the first provider to actually listen and respond compassionately. She listened to me vent my frustration over a recent experience and provided validation and empathy for the experience and said she would advocate on my behalf. She also asked questions about other issues that contributed to the situation and offered a referral to provide additional support. She really went above and beyond.
