Everybody was wonderful. The staff and Doctor are so friendly and helpful. They answered all of my concerns and helped me picked my new glasses.
Dr. Chin was nice and professional. His profile is very deceiving though, because it states that his languages include Vietnamese. I thought that meant he speaks it fluently and could communicate with my dad (who is 73 and speaks mostly Vietnamese). It turns out that the doctor doesn't speak any Vietnamese and it was only on his profile because he has one or two assistants who speak it... Well, sort of. They were second or third generation Vietnamese and they could barely speak it fluently. So beware. If you want to actually communicate with the Doctor in Vietnamese, don't go here. That was a little annoying to find out. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.
He spent time with me and wasn't in a rush. Hard to find that in any doctor it seems.
Very good experience. Everyone was friendly and explained all tests and results thoroughly. I would recommend this office for future vision care needs.
the staff was very professional and kind the Dr. was very nice and explain to me my problem. thank you.
So so, pricey!
Dr. Chin showed knowledge and experience which, in turn, brought me comfort while in his care.
Overall visit was great. The assistant was extremely helpful and very polite. I was only there to get new contact lenses but I asked about lasik and received a lot of helpful information.
