If you're looking for a practical therapist who blends an insightful, supportive approach with tools you can use in your daily life, I can help. I specialize in supporting women to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and depression are the bread and butter of my daily work. I have a special interest in helping clients who are struggling with toxic workplaces or corporate trauma. Women of color and/or LGBTQ+ women in their 20s through 40s, often in STEM and business, make up a large percentage of my caseload. Many are the first in their families to attend university or are first- or second-generation immigrants. I welcome professional women of all identities and backgrounds to get in touch! I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University, and I hold both a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I know that meeting a new therapist for the first time can be nerve-racking, and my goal is for you to feel as comfortable as possible as we get started. We can take things at your own pace. Please feel free to let me know about any accommodations or requests you have before our first session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and make sure I'm a good fit for your needs and goals. I'll ask some questions to learn about your current situation, your story, and any previous experiences you've had with therapy. (If it's your first time, great! I love working with newbies.) I also make sure you have plenty of time to ask any questions you might have about me or the therapy process. From there, we'll start building a plan for how to get to your goals.
