Not only were those 3 topics address in a thorough and comprehensive manner, but upon Dr. Mbanaso finding out about other health issues he jumped to action contacting medical resources that my assist me in my overall health journey... The staff and personnel maid me feel right at home as well... My expectations were beyond met, they were exceeded by far... If you're in the Cartersville area and need primary care, I'd most certainly give a 5 out of 5 star recommendation. ”

I was seen last Tuesday. The doctor stated he was sending in 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. The pharmacy stated they had only received one and had called to see if there was another option as what they received wasn’t covered by my insurance. They did not get a call back. I reached out to the doctor’s office, left a message and received a call back saying only one prescription was sent, they would speak to the doctor and call me back. I never heard from them. The pharmacy never got a call back or any other prescriptions. Since I have received no care from them I have canceled my follow up appointment.

Dr. Mbanaso is great, extremely knowledgeable. I love his medical approach, he wants to get to the root of a problem not just give you a pill and send you on you way. Back office is very hard to get to and has failed to return my calls several times and doesn't act like she likes her job.

The Doctor and staff were awesome, kind, tentive and friendly.
My only complaint was the I did an online patient intake and the information did not reach the Doctor or staff. I asked if they received the info and they said they did not. What is the point of doing an online patient intake if it does not reach the Doctor.
