About Dr. Alvaro I Martinez Jr.

Dr. Martinez has been providing clinical cardiovascular care for over 23 years throughout Miami-Dade County. He is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Heart Association and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1994. His training continued at Georgetown University Hospital Internal Medicine program from 1994 to 1997 and continued through 2000 at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami for clinical cardiology.
