Everyone was extremely helpful and informative about my issue. Dr. Cowans assessed what was going on and clearly explained what his suggested treatment would be.
I was able to get everything I needed at his office location without having to go anywhere else. My girlfriend even made an appointment for a consultation when we were leaving. That’s how great the visit went!
Also, all payments (copays) were explained and shared prior to my consultation so there wasn’t any confusion or surprises, which is always appreciated.”

I would tell a friend that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was extremely clean. Dr. Cowan's assistance was friendly and thorough. And lastly, although they had to fit me in as an emergency, I was seen by Dr. Cowan within a reasonable time (maybe 10 to 15 minutes upon arrival) and Dr. Cowan did not rush through the appointment. He was very informative and answered my many questions.
