What should a new client know about working with you?

I am deeply passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and their families not just survive—but truly thrive. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, as well as anxiety, trauma, and ADHD which often accompany eating disorders. My approach is personalized, no two individuals —or families—are the same, and my role is to walk alongside you with warmth, compassion, and clinical expertise. Treatment Modalities include: • Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Parent Management Training (PMT) • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Adult ADHD These evidence-based approaches provide a strong, research-supported foundation for treatment and guide my clinical decision-making. Populations Served: • Children, adolescents, and young adults • Individuals and families affected by eating disorders I am highly committed to supporting caregivers and families whose children are experiencing eating disorders. While evidence-based models are central to my work, I also integrate mind-body approaches, including yoga and mindfulness, to support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper mind-body connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My model of care is intentionally personalized designed to create a supportive experience. You and your family are never treated as “just another case,” and each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
