Getting to know Dr. Alyssa Quenzel

Reaching out for support can be really difficult, but my hope is to try and make it easier. Have you ever wanted to just talk with someone about what you feel, what you think, or what you worry about? I believe therapy is a place to do this, and a chance to do it at your own pace. I offer both therapy services and psychological evaluations. Ultimately, I feel that in order for us to work through our struggles, we sometimes need another person to bear witness to our experiences. We are social beings and can't always do things alone! No matter what point you find yourself at in your adult life, my goal is to collaborate with you and develop realistic goals, while creating a space that feels comfortable enough for you to open up and explore yourself and your concerns honestly and authentically. My goal is to see you for who you are and to incorporate aspects of your life experiences, identities, and worldview in a way that feels most helpful to you.
