About Dr. Amanda Barnes

Dr. Amanda Barnes graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA in 2009 and immediately moved back home to Huntsville. She opened HealthSource of Hampton Cove in 2012, and has loved serving the residents of Hampton Cove and the surrounding area in their quest for better health ever since. She enjoys being active in the local community, having served leadership roles in both the Hampton Cove chapter of BNI, as well as the Junior League of Huntsville. She works closely with the Huntsville Museum of Art, the National Children’s Advocacy Center, The CARE Center in New Hope, and many other wonderful local charities. Dr. Barnes lives in Huntsville with her husband, Steven, and their shih tzu, Oreo. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, trying new recipes, and photography.
