“Doctor is nice, explained all needed to know about contact lenses/eye’s health. However, one of the office’s staff, a woman was extremely rude to my husband and I, cause we were not aware that if you have astigmatism, ur exam will automatically be way more expensive whether you chose it or not. I simply chose the most basic exam on their paperwork, even then, still, I was pushed into the more expensive one w/o my consent. She literally told us “You’re not leaving this office until you pay”, as if she could hold us hostage there for any amount of time, very threatening. It was extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable, quite honestly, what she said was illegal, she can’t hold anyone anywhere, she’s not any form of authority, and definitely should not work w/ patients. The day before my followup, her or someone else from the staff literally texted me from their own personal number, just to TELL me I still owed on my followup. Psycho staff, despite the doctor being good”

The office was inviting, with welcoming staff. I was taken back for my visit almost immediately. The medical assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. The provider was lovely; she was thorough and patient, answering all my questions and giving me several options, and the visit didn’t feel rushed despite the doctor having a full schedule of patients. The optician that helped me was also awesome! He helped me pick out some darling frames and even gave me a little discount on my sunglasses. Overall my visit was excellent; staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and take pride in the service they provide! I would definitely recommend this practice and I will be a returning patient!

I really love this office.
Morgan, Mack, and Kim are really sweet in the front desk area.
Office is very clean. They get you in and out. I have never been so happy. Highly recommend
