I downloaded my insurance card and drivers license prior to my appointment. When I arrived I was asked for those items to copy. I told them I had already downloaded them, but they said they still had to copy them. I was given some forms to complete. After about 15 minutes they said they don't accept my insurance! A total waste of time and gas!

DPM Amber Fioritto was very friendly and professional during my consultation. She knew exactly what was going on with my situation. Her team of professionals at SOM Center Rd in Mayfield Heights onboarded me and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out.
The professionalism and expertise I experienced during my time with DPM Amber Fioritto, the initial X-rays performed by Ms. Amy, and the pharmacy scheduling with the front desk (sorry, her name escapes me, but she knows who she is :)) were also appreciated. The group at Podiatry Inc. is great!
DPM Fioritto carefully listened to my comments and discussion regarding my foot pain; her guidance is already working. I am on the mend. I will surely be back for a follow up.

I was taken at my appointment time. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The nurse was friendly and Dr Fioritto was great. She listened to my problem, diagnosed and did a procedure all during my initial appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Fioritto!!
