Dr. Moreland is a Licensed Psychologist, who conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations and neuropsychological testing. She offers these services through secure Telehealth platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations. Limited in-person evaluations are also available to clients residing in Texas and Washington. While Dr. Moreland has experience working with children as young as 7 years old, please note that due to Telehealth requirements, remote evaluations are currently offered to clients aged 12 and above. In addition to comprehensive testing, Dr. Moreland provides shorter and more focused evaluations tailored to address specific questions and conditions such as ADHD, Learning Disorders, Personality & Emotional Functioning, Autism, and more.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the event that testing is deemed inappropriate or for any reason not completed after the intake appointment, the intake appointment fee you can typically submit a super bill to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on the specific details of your insurance plan. The intake is a thorough interview conducted prior to the evaluation, to discuss presenting concerns and gather a detailed history, including family, developmental, medical, educational, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Based on this information, we can determine which evaluation is the most appropriate. This takes approximately 60-90 minutes. STEP TWO: COMPLETE TESTING: Testing is completed over 1 to 2 days. On each day, testing lasts 3-4 hours (not including breaks).
