The doctor was knowledgeable and professional, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of friendliness and approach. A warmer demeanor or a more welcoming tone could help patients feel more comfortable and at ease during their visits. While the care provided was competent, a friendlier manner would make the overall experience more positive and reassuring.
