My name is Ana Ortiz, and I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University in 2007. I have experience working with individuals aged 14 and up. Since 2019, I have been practicing in Texas. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Very compassionate.
Ana is great! I have appreciated my experience with a Latina therapist because I feel like she is knowledgeable on culturally relevant things and is an overall great listener. I bring up things and after our meeting I feel as if I am making progress and things are being addressed.
Dr. Ortiz is extremely thoughtful, experienced, warm, and approachable. She is, by far, the best couples therapist I've ever had. My partner is equally as fond of her as I am. Her approach and feedback is holistic, solution-oriented, balanced, friendly, encouraging, positive, research-based, and challenging (in a practical and manageable way). I highly recommend her for couples therapy and individual therapy.
