What should a new client know about working with you?

Individuals are unique with differences in race, culture, personality, family make-up, sexual orientation, and one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. A key to successful treatment depends on being able to make connection with the therapist who is able to provide treatment that is unique to your needs. My therapeutic approaches are attachment based, and I utilize various modalities such as EFT, ABFT, CBT, and MI to individualize treatments that meet your therapeutic goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once a session is booked through zocdoc, you will receive a phone call and an email from me to confirm your appointment. Once confirmed, you will receive intake documentations from Simple Practice patient portal which can be viewed and signed online. My style of therapy is more interactive, relational, and goal oriented which is helpful especially when clients are in crisis. Each session is 50 minutes in length, and typically scheduled weekly.
