The office was not clear with their policy. They inform you that glasses are not included (obviously) but doesn’t clarify the fact that the prescription for the glasses is not included as well. Typically when going to get an exam, if you request the prescription, it’s included with your visit and you choose to purchase what was prescribed or not. These people charge you for your own prescription which is ridiculous. I’m not sure whether it’s a language barrier but they should be doing the most they can to ensure they explain the policy in FULL. Provider herself was very amazing and nice. Front desk staff was not pleasant and hard to understand.
