This was my first time seeing an allergist and, let me tell you, I am SO lucky that I got this care team. Dr. Burke and her medical assistant were very informative. She was thorough in going through my medical history, what my options were for testing and treatment, she event went through the very clear and digestible literature that I left with. Her medical assistant was also super informative, walking me step-by-step through what she was going to do. She was very gentle when administering the prick/skin test and clear in explaining the results, as well as in follow-up. Such a great practice!

After finding this doctor on Zocdoc, seeing my insurance listed and making an appt., Zocdoc allowed me to enter only my supplemental insurance card info but not primary. A call to the primary insurer informed that I might be billed so I cancelled my appt. However, the receptionist called me to tell that the practice in fact does accept my primary insurance but that the Zocdoc app is problematic in that way. (Zocdoc, please fix this because I would have missed out on a good doctor.) The receptionist also looked up my meds by mail account and by the next day two meds were sent there for approval. During the appt., he nurse was very accommodating, efficient, professional and friendly. The doctor listened to what I had to say and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. The office is clean and stylish, for those who care about that. But so far, the service was very professional.

Friendly and efficient staff, both Doctor Andrea as well as all her amazing PAs. The office is clean and accomodating. Doctor Andrea was thorough explaining all the reactions and the reason of my symptoms.
I will definitely go back for a follow up and I highly recommend it.

Dr. Burke was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner! She was able to listen to my long history of allergies and create a plan for us to work together; she even prompted forgotten allergens with thoughtful questions!
Her plan of action accounted for my needs as well as insurance coverage nuances. I'm glad I found her!

Fantastic experience. It felt like Dr. Burke really wanted to get to the bottom of what was causing my allergies and were genuinely curious about anything and everything I could share. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and I was actually seen early for my appointment.

My experience with Dr. Burke and her team at Allergy MD was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. She was incredibly thorough, especially when it came to my past history with allergies/asthma and asked a ton of questions to figure out the best path forward. She listened to all of my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that works for me and my lifestyle.
