It's Crystal Run, and I have been there once before w/spouse. Nurse did't ask about previous surgeries, didn't offer wipes. I grabbed a wipe from a container on the counter that was right next to sink, when I realize it's a disinfectant for cleaning the room! Finally, while getting ready I look at he counter and there is what looks to be someone's urine sample, lid half off. The doctor isn't interested in long term complete style care...doesn't care seeing mammograms. It was strange, and so much so I am already looking for another . I don't think staff are happy...which is a shame.
