Hello, I am Dr. Andy Davis. I have been involved in the mental health field for more than 18 years, 13 years of which I've practiced as a licensed psychologist both in the U.S. Air Force and in private practice. I have a varied experience helping those with depression, PTSD, anxiety and stress, grief, personality disorders, and LGBTQ+ issues. What should a new client know about working with you?

During first sessions I like to spend time sharing my background, therapy approach, listening to a client, hearing their story, and understanding their needs. I also like to set initial goals for therapy. I ask questions and try to help clients visualize how they can make their lives better.
