Dr. Angela Robinson is a dedicated obstetrician-gynecologist with a passion for women’s healthcare. She brings over a decade of experience in providing comprehensive care to women of all ages. A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree, Dr. Robinson completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Southern Illinois University. She has been serving patients in Brooklyn, New York, and the greater New York City area.
With expertise in conditions such as pelvic pain, heavy periods, fibroids, and abnormal pap smears, Dr. Robinson is committed to personalized, patient-centered care. She believes in empowering women through education and compassionate treatment, ensuring they receive the highest quality of medical support.

I would not visit this provider again as they while I had no issues during the examination - post visit I was contacted by another physician regarding my test results. When I requested to speak with my physician I was advised that Dr. Robinson does handle patients records or prescriptions.
Additionally my medical visit was signed by a physician who did not examine me and the summary had details from another patient.
DO NOT VISIT COHEN MEDICAL PRACTICE FOR GYNECOLOGY

Office was nice and clean. Checked in and was seen within 60 minutes. Doctor asked me the same questions multiple times - not sure if it was because she wasn’t listening or because she had to ask the questions multiple times. Overall it was a good experience and once I finally saw the doctor, I was out quickly.

Dr. Robinson was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and had a calm and confident demeanor. She had a sense of humor and felt like a real person. It made me feel extra comfortable to be cared for by a BIPOC doctor. Highly recommend.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Robinson. She was very understanding of questions and concerns that I had as it related to my prior experiences with another doctor in a different practice. She was very great explaining the situation and was very resourceful when I asked her for additional information. After my appointment before I left, she made sure to show me their website that had the additional information I was looking for and. And when I left, we had agreed on the plan for my care. ?

Dr. Robinson was an extremely professional, yet warm physician. I quickly felt comfortable with her and appreciated how proactive she was in her communication style throughout the visit, making sure I was aware of the process before starting and keeping me informed on what she was doing during the exam. It’s never fun going to the doctor but her and her team were great, and i would absolutely recommend.

The trains were absolutely horrible and delayed my appointment singnifically. The office however was able to reschedule the appointment and i was able to see the doctor. It’s hard to take off work and a 9-5 schedule is great but leaves no room for much. The doctor is everything i was needing. She listen as i ask questions and felt seen finally. Thank you for a great experience and for squeezing me in the day schedule.

I find the doctor to be a little dismissive towards my condition. Yes my condition isn’t the worst compared to others but for me it is a big deal. She is not affirming towards the real pain I go through. As a patient who does not know much about anatomy speaking with someone who does I do not need to hear that there are people who have walked around with fibroids larger than mine and carry through life. Their story is not my story. I have real pain and discomfort and I would like it to be acknowledged and treated as such. Without comments like you could still be in pain after surgery. Thats dismissive and un helpful in terms of helping figure out the severity of my pain.
