About Dr. Ann Moore

Undergraduate Education: Indiana University, BS in Microbiology; Optometry School: Indiana University School of Optometry; Professional Achievements and Associations: American Optometric Association, NC State Optometric Society, Eastern District Optometric Society; Clinical Certifications and Specialities: Residency, Huntington VA Medical Center; The reason I became an optometrist is to help people see this beautiful world a little better and to make life a little easier for those who are having difficulty. My favorite part of helping my patients is getting to know each patient and their particular visual needs. Then helping them by finding the plan and tools to help them see their best. Life is hard enough. No need to add eyestrain to the list! In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, visiting family, and caring for my two rescue beagles. Did I mention travelling?
