Getting to know Ann Wanderi
Life is full of unexpected transitions that can sometimes destabilize one's equilibrium, causing anxiety, stress, depression, distraught feelings, and imbalance. Life challenges are not uncommon and may impact one's outlook, leading to emotional instability. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem/image issues, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, and various other emotional and psychological challenges. My greatest priority and mission is to serve those who are suffering from any psychiatric illness and help them enhance their emotional well-being.
My concentration and focus are to help individuals achieve an optimal level of functioning by addressing these issues to promote overall health. Every individual has the capability to be resilient in their journey toward emotional, physiological, spiritual, and psychological wellness. I manage medication and integrate different treatment modalities geared toward a holistic approach.
I offer opportunities to adjust, learn, and acquire coping skills in order to grow and self-actualize in my practice. I collaborate with other experts to ensure best practices. I also coach to help people achieve their goals and incorporate spirituality, as I believe in the connection between body, mind, and soul.
I hold a Master's degree in Family Nursing from Regis College and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University, which inform my comprehensive approach to care.

I wouldn’t recommend. She only does prescriptions, minimal talk therapy, and doesn’t fully understand the nature of sports to an athlete. Having a therapist, or tantamount, who understood athletes was crucial for me and she really doesn’t get it. It felt like she was putting words in my mouth trying to understand what the point of what I said was. Maybe a connection could be fostered for more casual athletic endeavors, but if you’re a serious athlete look elsewhere.
