Hello, my name is Anna Nguyen, and I am a California-licensed psychologist with six years of clinical experience. I was a research and development engineer for 20 years before becoming interested in mental health 11 years ago. It has been a humbling journey through which I have developed a deep appreciation for human resilience and strength. The part I enjoy most about my work is the privilege of listening to your stories and life struggles, whether related to mental illness, relationships, or life changes. My diverse background working in corporate, non-profit, and faith communities equips me with the experience to better serve you. I use multiple approaches depending on your preferences, including client-centered therapy, positive psychology, CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University, an M.A. in Pastoral Studies from Santa Clara University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Capitol Technology University.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
