“Overall, we had a very positive experience. The office was easy to find, lot of parking, and nice and spacious inside. It is kind of out there - a bit of a drive from our area in the Westminster area.
The appointment was lengthy because of the dilation process, but we knew that going in. The office did a great job communicating what to expect through multiple check-in texts and emails, so we were prepared for the visit to take about 2 hours. We did wait an additional 15-20 mins after the dilation period for the doctor, but once she came in, the final exam was efficient and only took about 15 mins.
The doc was thorough, honest, and took the time to carefully evaluate my 6 year old's eyes. While my child has some challenges with one eye that we'll continue to monitor, I really appreciated that there was no pressure to prescribe glasses before truly necessary.
I left feeling confident in the care we received and we have a pediatric eye doc we trust and can return to when needed.”

Dr. Steele’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine where she was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and completed her fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at the University of Wisconsin.
