I Have been trying to work with the office and the doctor regarding a prior authorization and they have yet to send a prior authorization to my insurance so I can get my eye drops. NOT WORTH COMING HERE AND PAYING A COPAY! The doctor doesnt call back unless you call multiple times a day to reach her and i am still waiting for the prior authorization but no update!

The receptionist at the front desk, is exceptional, she is very patient and professional. It been a long time since I've seen someone in health care this respectful, who handles patients with the utmost respect along with patience. The staff and doctor give quality care to each individual. The doctor is also caring, professional as well as the other staff members. This is one of the best eye doctors I have been to in a long time. Trying to maneuver so many patients at the same time is an art. They handle it with class.

I left this visit feeling indifferent. The provider ran tests and told me her diagnosis. After she spoke I told her another doctor’s diagnosis and explained I came in for a second opinion. When I was leaving she changed her mind and prescribed me medicine. So now I have to book a third doctor for a different opinion. Its hard trusting doctors and relying on the information they give you to be in your best interest. The staff was mostly nice. The office space is not ideal nor attractive. Nothing horrible happened but I probably wont be back.

They were unable to verify that they took my insurance even when I presented it before my appointment, they wanted me to agree to be billed out of network instead of ensure they were in network.

The doctor did her job... most of the staff is rude, the environment doesn't look clean, the staff speaks very loudly, it doesn't look professional and before seeing the doctor the assistants don't clean the equipment before using it.

Dr. was informative, knowledgeable, attentive and had new ideas to solve a chronic, worsening vision problem. Everything was efficient, they used modern technology to analyze my vision and eye health, and the entire office team was polite and patient.

What a great staff!!! I live in NJ but but need to get my eyes checked while I was in the Bronx. Everyone was great! Especially Daniel!!!! He took great care of me. I would definitely recommend that people come here for their eye exams, glasses etc.
