“I felt extremely rushed in the beginning of my arrival to the office as a new patient to where I second guessed if I would continue my visit. I realized that the Front desk lady was finishing her shift & that might have been her reason for rushing me through check in .. Despite the uncomfortable , the MA Margarita and The provider Phipps were Very professional,Patient,& knowledgeable. All in all the staff were super kind . ”

The doctor was wonderful! She is super fast! I love that the office has a closet inside the room for changing your clothes this was a new experience for me.

I booked an appointment with a female OBGYN, but when I got there, they provided a male one. He was nice and helpful: the highlight of the day. This review is not about him, but rather about the staff, who were the rudest I have ever encountered in the hospital setting. Nobody wanted to take my blood, and I was sent from room to room without any clear guidance on what to do next. The doctor mentioned that Nicole would take my blood and urine samples, but she sent me to another staff member who didn't want to do it. This person seemed very unhappy about having to help me. After all the confusion, when I was ready to check out, no one was paying attention to me. I thought I could just leave without speaking to anyone, but then a lady asked me my name in a rather rude manner. After I told her, she ignored me until she was ready to say, "You're all set." This was my worst experience, and I wanted this appointment to go well.

Really had to advocate for myself to get basic things done. Made the appointment for IUD removal and pre conception genetic testing and both things they tried telling me I’d have to come back another time for. Then during the IUD removal the provider (who wasn’t the one I made the appointment with I think it was a PA) couldn’t find the strings at first and told me I’d need surgery to remove it. Then she just tried a little harder and got it. Unnecessarily scared me into thinking I’d need surgery to remove my IUD.
I understand now why she had immediate availability. She examined me for less than 5 minutes and didn't ask many questions to try to get to the bottom of my issue, despite my pain concerns. She scheduled an ultrasound and was supposed to review the results with me but the nurse practitioner did instead
Whole staff was amazing. Just moved to the area and got my annual pap done, with mammogram and some bloodwork. Answered all my questions and concerns made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Was amazing and would highly recommend!

I didn't see the doctor who I booked. That was important for me, I did my research before. So I would have appreciate a call ahead. But the one I got was very nice. The ahead information was very confusing I thought I'm getting certain things (pop test and a breast ultrasound) when I called they said it's included but after they changed my appointment for a "problem" appointment and I didn't receive any of it for my money.

I had no clue what to expect when getting my 100, but Dr. Phipps was so patient, explained every step of the process, was gentle, and very caring. I've seen many Drs. before and Dr. Phipps is simply the best. Highly recommend her!
