Dr H. has always been there to help me out in my struggle with anxiety while I'm trying to find alternative means to correct it I can always count on him to help when those means don't work out. he's a very kind and friendly doctor there's one male member of his staff that I guess you have to catch him on a good day but there's very few of those but other than that I would recommend him to anybody

I missed my appointment because I was unaware of how the virtual appointments started. The office person called me to ask what happened. I explained that I didn't know how the appointment was supposed to start, and he said no problem. I'll get the doctor now if you still have time. I thankfully replied yes, please. I waited approximately 5-8 minutes, and the doctor got right on the phone!

It has taken almost a full week to get a doctors note that’s required for my work. I’ve done my due diligence to get this paperwork, but to no avail?, still ZERO paperwork. Appointments had to be rescheduled due to doctor being at hospital (definitely understandable!) but still wasn’t seen til 15-20 after rescheduled visit.

Just got into video call with Dr Herskovic for an annual exam. He was over 45 minutes late to get in front the screen on the scheduled time . I just needed a refill for my Atrovastatin which I thought should be simple. He told me he will give me one month supply (30 tablets) plus 3 refills. This is standard for this med as its daily for life!
Well, Walgreens sent the meds to my house (9 day free shipping) and I was surprised to see I only got 30 pills with zero refills. I called his office today to ask why, and all I got was his very rude front desk/assistant telling me "you waited 2 weeks to call us back??!!".... and "our office policy is no refills for new patients"!! as if I was asking for Norco or some similar controlled substances. The MD himself is just "not there" and his rude front desk/assistant controls everything. Will not recommend to anyone.
