NY
Dr. Gray is a clinical psychologist with a decade of experience working with teens, young adults, adults and families. She is trained in EMDR for use in treatment of trauma and has deep expertise in assessments around developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, personality disorders, psychiatric disorders, and various traumas. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with LGBTQ+ individuals, individuals with severe mental health issues, developmental and intellectual disabilities and suicidal ideations/behaviors. Today, she provides psychotherapy for both individuals and couples. Dr. Gray’s therapeutic approach is very individualized. Although she follows evidenced-based treatments, she feels that it is extremely important to tailor treatments based on the person, their life experiences and their needs. There is no one-size-fits-all for therapy. Sometimes evidenced based therapies can be helpful tools but they should be utilized in combination with building a sense of who you are as a person and what benefits you most.
