What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services that integrate various therapeutic modalities to support adults navigating complex emotional and relationship challenges. My practice philosophy emphasizes that mental wellness involves the ability to sit with difficult emotions and trust in the return to happiness, contentment and fulfillment. This perspective aims to build resilience and self-awareness, motivating clients to explore and understand their emotional experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

All clinical work begins with a comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessment. In this first session, we will slow down and talk through your personal history, current challenges, and what patterns might be maintaining your symptoms. By the end of this appointment, we will collaboratively establish your unique treatment goals to ensure our future sessions are structured and impactful!
