Dr. Patel was wonderful. Her demeanor was professional, calm, and compassionate. She seemed willing to spend whatever time was necessary to diagnose and treat my illness. Her process of diagnosing included asking questions, listening to my answers, plucking out the important details in those answers, considering the details as a whole, and providing her expert opinion. I especially appreciate the way she noted the signs of an impending, painful side effect of an antibiotic and prescribed a treatment before I ever felt the full force of the side effect.
