Great front staff and nurse and the doctor was outstanding but the rooms for my exam and blood draw was dirty and had dried blood on the wall near the scale.

The front desk office manager treats the staff poorly from the moment I walked in. Maybe she is unaware of her tone but being a Manager doesn't give you the right to boss your team member around. Definitely not a team environment. I hope the doctor is able to read this! I walked out and was never seen by the doctor. Your Manager needs to get some people skills. I was Extremely uncomfortable being in that toxic environment.
