Getting to know Dr. Avrille Birnbaum
Hello, I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California. I received my PsyD from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA, and have been in private practice for the last seven years. My pre and post-doc training were in memory care, which combined my love of relational therapy and the practicality of neuropsychology. That training gave me a great basis to explore both the emotional world with my client and psychoeducation that can allow a client to understand better how they work as a whole person.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services.
