I saw this provider was available on zocdoc. No where on zocdoc did it say I would be seen by the NP. NP couldn’t help me and referred me back to main doctor. If I wanted this, I would have just waited for the doctor visit. Waste of time and copay. Not going back!

I scheduled an exam with the Dr. A practitioner took a Pap smear and only a Pap smear. No urine was taken or a breast exam given. Curious to see what insurance is billed for. I was told two weeks for results. If I don't hear from them it was ok. Not acceptable. How am I to know if they just forget? Unprofessional.

I called multiple times and left voicemails to speak with someone prior to my appointment. You get answering services and no one calls you back from the actual office. It says in the description you don’t actually get seen by her but by someone in her office and I wanted to know who I would be seeing bc if I make an appt for a Dr I want to see that Dr and I think it’s ridiculous that you get surprised the day of. I really wanted a woman Dr and didn’t want to drive all the way to her office to get a male Dr. office doesn’t care about calling people back or even letting you know who is going to be examining our most private area of our body. Do not recommend

Today was the first time my Autistic daughter saw Dr. Nasiri. She is quite an exceptional Dr. and person! She was compassionate, understanding , knowledgeable, kind and she took the time to listen and explain everything in detail. Never rushing.
My daughter and I took to her immediately. Doctors like this are few and far between. We are so very happy to have found her!!!
Her staff was very comforting and kind! Jesse her medical assistant was lovely and sweet as well as Kirin at front desk and Razzy who was the sonogram technician. Thank you Dr. Nasiri and her staff for making this a pleasant experience for her!!!

I am writing this with a serious concern about my recent appointment. I had my IUD removed and was being evaluated for a possible pelvic infection. During the visit, I overheard staff mentioning that something was “not sterile.”
At the time, I trusted the professionals present, especially since I was in severe pain and managing my toddler. However, this has continued to worry me.
I’ve reached out twice through the portal for clarification and received no response. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. As you know, non-sterile equipment can cause serious health risks.
I sincerely hope whatever was mentioned did not come into direct contact with me. Patients deserve transparency and prompt answers. If any issues arise with my health, I will take this incident seriously.
