I'm Dr. Azadeh Weber, a licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and couples build stronger, more grounded lives through clarity, self-awareness, and intentional growth. In my private practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families to optimize mental health. My approach is warm yet direct, and I specialize in relationship dynamics, emotional regulation, and navigating complex personal transitions.
I integrate evidence-based psychological practices with a holistic understanding of identity, culture, and meaning, supporting people in developing both deep insight and practical tools for lasting change. My work is especially attuned to those seeking depth, structure, and a refined sense of self in an often fast-paced and overwhelming world.
Before opening my practice, I worked internationally as a mental health consultant, served as a counselor in K-12 education for the Palo Alto and San Francisco Unified School Districts, and worked as a milieu counselor for children and families at Ronald McDonald House at Stanford Hospital. I completed my postdoctoral training in forensics within the Workers' Compensation system. In addition to my private practice, I received multiple grants to provide heritage art workshops to enhance resilience.
I look forward to welcoming people into my psychology practice with an opportunity for transformation through tailored support.

Dr. Weber is hands down the best therapist I have seen. I have been her patient for almost 6 months now and she has been empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable throughout. She has gone out of her way to help me on several occasions which I am grateful for. She is also not afraid to challenge me which has helped me grow as an individual. Greetings of Peace to you all. (Assalam Walaikum). Dr. Weber is very knowledgeable in psychology, Islamic cultures, American culture and Islamic knowledge. I was able to heal deep wounds with her step by step pragmatic and multidisciplinary (social, cultural, religious and scientific) approach. My marriage is stronger and I am able to get the help I need to be true to myself as practicing muslimah, a family woman, a citizen in American society and a professional woman. I highly recommend Dr. Weber!
