Came to my appointment and they wouldn’t let me go in

I made a confirmed appointment through zocdoc. I drove 1 hour to the office and 1 hour back i spent 1 more hour in the office filling out paperwork. They said they will not honor my zocdoc appointment . The front desk was a nice gentleman said he could not find my appointment. He went to ask the doctor and showed him my appointment the doctor said he would not see me and they offered me an appointment 45 days later. I declined the month and a half wait and left. So 1 hour drive to and from and 1 hour for forms and waiting just to pay 6 bucks for parking. I feel I should have been seen since I had an appointment
