About Dr. Benjamin Askin
Dr. Askin is proud to serve as a board certified podiatric physician in Mullica Hill where he specializes in infections, wound care, diabetic care, sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, foot deformities, and routine but aggravating conditions such as ingrown nails, nail fungus, athletes foot, and skin lesions. His passion for fitness and health influences much of his treatment and recommendations to his patients.
Following his time serving in the US Marine Corps, Dr. Askin earned his bachelor's degree at Pennsylvania State University and his degree in podiatric medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a three-year surgical residency at Inspira Health Network earning credentials in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA), and where he received training in lower extremity reconstructive surgery, foot and ankle trauma, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and elective foot surgery including for bunions and hammertoes.
Dr. Askin is a proud husband and father who spends much of his free time with his family and his rescue pitbull.

Wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting a podiatrist. I had an ingrown toe nail. I arrived early and the doctor was able to see me right away. He fixed my problem in minutes without any additional pain. I had immediate relief. The doctor was very friendly and informative throughout the process. I was so happy to find him.

My heart full thanks to Dr. Askin for seing me as a new patient, as I was referred by the ER. I was experiencing tremendous pain in my left foot. Dr. Askin spoke to me with such concern and explained the possible problem and the procedure for treatment. Thank you very much! I feel so much better.

I was recently under the care of Dr. Ben Askin for foot surgery after an injury. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every aspect of the procedure. Dr Askin is highly knowledgeable and professional. The office is pleasant and welcoming. My overall experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I highly recommend this doctor and practice!

Out of state emergency visit. I cannot say enough about this very professional doctor! It turns out I have a serious condition of my foot and I was in very capable hands! He spent time educating me, he showed real compassion and empathy, he’s kind, and friendly. Dr. Askin is very knowledgeable! I did not feel rushed at all, he listened to me, and gave the best care ever! He called a nearby colleague who specializes in my condition who agreed to see me right away to further explain my condition and answer any questions. I don’t know that I’ve ever had such incredible care! Dr. Askin actually brought my car around to the door so I didn’t have to take the extra steps! How many doctors would do that? I’ll be returning to this area in the near future and plan to join his practice as a patient when I do! Professional, friendly, sweet front desk staff. Clean, modern facility.

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Benjamin Askin as well as his partner Dr. Rachel Zwiebel. Both were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. I was able to get in, talked about my issue and was able to take care of it within the same visit without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I very much enjoyed their professionalism and kindness. I absolutely recommend!!

Dr. Askin is very thorough in his explanation of treatment and ensured that I was comfortable with each aspect before proceeding. I didn’t feel rushed at the appointment and I felt like all of my questions were fully addressed. Dr. Askin ,is truly exceptional. He’s incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell right away that he’s confident in his expertise, but he still treats you with so much respect and kindness. I felt heard, understood, and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both brilliant and compassionate, but he really is both. Highly recommend!

I had this terrible pain in my foot, so got a referral from my doctor to see a podiatrist. I’m so happy he recommended Dr. Askin! He was thorough, professional, and very friendly. My pain was very bothersome so I was worried about how long it would take to get an appointment, but he was able to fit me in right away. He examined my foot, explained exactly what was going, and prescribed me a med that same day which relieved my pain. Would recommend anyone that needs a podiatrist to see Dr. Askin!

I have visited Dr.Askin several times for Gout as well as a tendon injury. During each visit I received the utmost attention and respect. He explained everything and answered each of my questions thoroughly while also providing recommendations and treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Askin, especially for anxious patients like myself.

I cannot recommend Dr. Ben Askin highly enough! From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I had a procedure done at this office and I could not recommend them more! Dr. Askin did a great job addressing my concerns. He also followed up after to make sure I was doing well and following the post visit care plan. I brought my 9 year old daughter to see him after an ankle injury as well. We had a great experience!

The booking process was so easy and thorough! My appt was booked through Zocdoc and everything from there went extremely smoothly. Dr. Askin's office staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Askin himself was promp and very knowledgeable . He explained everything to me in a way I could understand but not at all condescending. His bedside manner is awesome as well.
