“Love seeing Dr. Siddiqui for my custom orthotic needs as well as checking in on any developing foot issues. They were running a little behind today, but the Dr. explained he had a procedure that ran over and was apologetic. I felt very taken care of and listened to during my time, so it was worth the little bit of wait extra time. Also, a wonderful office staff & assistants who got me settled into the room, x-rayed, and scanned. I'll keep coming back as long as my insurance covers! ”

Dr. Siddiqui had a multicultural upbringing. Raised in the Middle East and attending school internationally, he learned to appreciate, respect, and value different cultural backgrounds at an early age. This background has allowed him to connect with many patients and understand their sensitive cultural needs.
Dr. Bilal Siddiqui graduated with a bachelor's degree in integrative biology from the University of Toronto, then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from The William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed his surgical residency in general surgery at Presence Health, Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, IL. This highly regarded residency provided Dr. Siddiqui with specialized training in all aspects of podiatric medicine. The dynamic experience of his residency enabled him to learn how to treat complex foot and ankle problems, ranging from wound care to foot and ankle fractures.
Dr. Siddiqui is a cultural enthusiast and a follower of fine arts and music. He spends the majority of his spare time continuing to improve his musical talents and keeping himself physically active.

I was greeted quickly and completed check in quickly. I waited about 10 minutes to do intake and was seen by staff right away. It was a nice experience and my issues were addressed effectively.

The staff at this location were friendly and communicated very clearly. I could hear them all joking around with each other as they worked. The intake forms are thorough and the visit with the doctor went smoothly. They were able to answer my questions, educate me on the problem, and recommend future care.

I would say this was the most disappointing doctor’s visit I have ever had. I had gone in complaining of foot pain and was told I needed physical therapy and more supportive shoes. They did an x-ray and saw nothing. I couldn’t walk—but was given a sprain”brace” to put on my foot.
One week later, excruciating pain in my foot, I went to a different foot doctor. They did an x-ray. Indeed saw a “hint” of a fracture. So took it a step further and did an MRI.
Lo and behold! Two fractures and bone bruising in my foot!! Imagine that.
I am careful who I chose for my healthcare as I want someone who is going to listen. I don’t have time for nonsense.
I’m very glad I followed up with a different doctor and didn’t buy more “supportive shoes” or go to physical therapy-with broken bones in my foot. What a disgrace! Thank you for NOT listening to me honestly. I found a better doctor who took the time to run the tests needed for MY health.

I like Dr. Bilal and appreciate his care. However, the wait times were ridiculous. I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour from my appointment time to be seen. I raised that as an issue and did not feel like my time was valued. Unfortunately for that reason I needed to change providers

My condition was misdiagnosed for so long by so many doctors. Dr Siddiqui was able to determine the correct diagnosis right away. My ankle pain has significantly improved and I have been able to return back to running in less than a month.

Dr. Siddiqui helped me get back into running after multiple problems with my feet. He was very attentive and so was his staff. They also have a nice, new office space in Lincoln Park!
