Dr. Negrea is very professional, pleasant and excellent human being. Only the woman at the front desk had a very awkward attitude with every person that came in,she really need to improve her customer service knowledge, anyone would seriously think about leaving and not come back to this medical office. After seeing the doctor I had to see another young woman who knew what she was doing and had much better attitude.

The doctor was thorough and answered all my questions. It was an uncrushed initial interview.

Everyone was nice, but I waited over an hour and a half to be seen which made me late to an appointment I had after. Doctor is very thorough, but not sure i need to do all the things he is suggesting. Ive only been for one visit, so we shall see. Just be prepared to wait forever with no cell service or internet. They don't let you use their internet while you are there. I thought that was ridiculous. It looks like they have a lot of services there and it seemed like the patients there for physical therapy were in and out within reasonable times.
