“The doctor and nurse were extremely kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well listened to and never rushed during the appointment, which I really appreciated.
However, the wait time was unfortunately very long. Even with an early appointment, I waited close to an hour to be seen, which has happened at previous visits as well. This makes scheduling early appointments feel less meaningful. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed impatient and not very responsive to questions.
Overall, the medical care itself was great, but the scheduling and front desk experience could be improved.”
