I was worried about what was going on and I was relieved to know that all will be well given time. I was able to get an appointment within the week of concern and my pursuit to find someone new and I am very happy with what I heard and saw today. Thank you, Dr. Brandon Johnson.

The only confusion was in the scheduling process: The appointment I chose from ZocDoc was not actually available, so somebody had to call me back to re-book (and that person did not leave her name, so it was a little confusing), and, even though I did change the appointment with somebody else, she still called me to reschedule a few days later. It was like they weren't communicating internally.
