I have been a chiropractor since 2010 but have been a chiropractic patient my entire life. I knew I wanted a job in healthcare and chiropractic aligned with everything that I believed. I saw what chiropractic could do to help and I knew that I wanted to be a part of that. I have had my office in Mankato, MN since 2015 and continue to love chiropractic and being a part of this community. I primarily use the Prone-Specific Technique with patients. This light, gentle, and comfortable hands-on method is a favorite of patients. Prone-Specific helps promote healing in the gentlest way possible, without any uncomfortable twisting. I adjust only the specific vertebrae in need of correction. There is no need to change position during the adjustment. Only the restricted or misaligned vertebrae are moved, leaving the rest of your spine untouched. Spinal stress is relieved, facilitating healing. This gentle technique is safe and comfortable for infants and adults, and all health conditions. I am also experienced with Gonstead, Diversified, and Activator. I realize each patient is unique not only in their condition but also their goals for treatment. We have many patients that choose to continue with chiropractic care for life while others come in specifically for condition related pain relief. We always meet the patients were they want to get them back to living their best life.
