Bre'Ana received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the MSOE School of Nursing at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in November 2015. She began her nursing career at Providence Park Hospital in Novi, Michigan, working on a medical-surgical floor. Following this, she spent four years nursing at a sub-acute rehab in Brighton, Michigan. While working as a nurse, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University in Jackson, Michigan, in January 2020. She specializes as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult and Gerontology with a focus on Primary Care.
In her free time, Bre'Ana enjoys spending time with friends and family. She recently became an aunt to six nieces and nephews. She was married in October 2019 to her husband, Chris. She also has two fur babies named Luna and Leonard. Bre'Ana takes pride in caring for American veterans, as her husband's entire family is military. Her favorite part about working at Avalon Physician Services is the rapport she builds with her patients and their families.

It was a great in office experience. the only thing that went wrong was I expected to see a dermatologist because that is what I searched for here in zocdoc and it recommended this doctor(who is a care physician). Maybe it was on me for not double checking but that was my only issue.

BreAna Strong was really kind and caring. She listened to my problems and came up with a good plan to have me feeling better. She also made sure to have me follow up with just routine lab work, and she asked about my mental health, even though that’s not what the visit was about. All around was a great experience and I was really impressed by her!

This provider and this office are absolutely awful. They claim to do palliative care but really do not and left me in the biggest mess, so unsafe and unethical. They left me without medications I have been on for months with another palliative care doctor and they could not care less. They are so dishonest, vindictive, and absolutely treat patients terribly. The leadership in this office is truly abysmal. They agreed to help me and then did not at all, leaving me in the absolute worst situation and the medical director was absolutely terrible in the sense that he refused to call me and address the situation. I have multiple referrals for palliative care and an extremely painful condition and they should be absolutely ashamed with the way they treated me. They told me not to leave a review if I had a bad experience, which no office should ever say. I am leaving one to warn others because they left me in the worst possible situation. They are so dishonest and do not care about patients.

Amazing provider she listens to me. She's always allowed me to be a part of my care. Sometimes I say no and she is completely OK with it. She cares deeply for her patients and it shows. The office staff are awesome!
