Dr. Brenda Nguyen is an understanding and considerate OB-GYN. She works with Women's Care Florida and practices across locations in Orlando, FL. I have been going to this practice since I moved to Florida and found out I was pregnant in 2022. All of the doctors listen to my concerns and treat me accordingly. I don’t have a baby sitter here and they are always so welcoming when I have to bring my baby girl to my appointments.

Great experience overall. They contacted me for more information prior to my appointment prior to my appointment and to let me know since I was uninsured that payment would be expected when I arrive and gave me the amount but it wasn't an exact amount, it was a rather large range. When I asked about the reason for the range in price I was told that it would depend on what they did once the doctor saw me. When I arrived, they tried to collect the high end, but when I questioned it, I was charged the lower amount and told they would collect the balance if necessary after the doctor saw me, which made sense. The doctor was very good, made me feel comfortable, asked for lots of information, and was patient in answering all questions and concerns that I had.

Everyone at this office was lovely! The space was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and easy and I was seen quickly. Dr. Nguyen was patient, kind, empathetic and an excellent listener. She listened to all of my concerns and questions and provided advice and a plan moving forward. They were able to fit me in for a same-day mammogram while I was there as well. And as an 'older' woman inquiring about pregnancy, I was afraid of the kind of discouragement I've received from previous doctors. She was supportive and listened to my concerns and it was such a relief! THANK YOU for taking the time to consider these visits from the patient's perspective. It was clear that so much care is taken in this office. I cannot recommend them enough.

I saw Dr. Nguyen and she was phenomenal. The wait was not long (I called because I was 10 minutes behind and they were super nice about it) and when I went in, the NA and Dr. Nguyen took great care of me. I felt heard and Dr. Nguyen explained things very thoroughly. I’d happily see her again for all my needs ??

I would not recommend this provider to anyone. The doctor was unprofessional and dismissive. Both of my appointments with Dr Nguyen were horrible experiences. Did not listen to any concerns over symptoms, did not go over my ultrasound, tried to push me into just waiting until my symptoms were werese and unbearable in order to eliminate my fibroids.

I really appreciated the kindness the office staff showed me. When it came time to draw blood the medical assistant only stuck me two times before deciding it wasn’t able to be done in office. I prefer that way more than being stabbed a million times for a small vial of blood.
I think that the receptionist was very kind and communicative, Dr. Nguyen was also very nice to talk to. I could tell that she was listening to my concerns. I will continue coming to this office and continuing care with them. I recommend them!

I’ve had only bad experiences in the past with OB-GYNs causing me to want to push off appointments and my experience with Dr.Nguyen was the opposite.
