Very competent professional who quickly provide a diagnosis and treatment plan.
I was early and fully expected to wait, but instead was taken early, saw the physician promptly and was back to my car in just less than an hour. Amazing!
Good visit. Dr. Wiesel was very professional and personable. Would recommend him. One note, after having my x-rays done I was sent back to the waiting room in a gown (from waist up) and carrying my clothes. This was awkward to say the least as everyone in waiting room is in street clothes. There must be a better place for patients to wait in between z-rays and seeing the doctor.
The doctor was professional but it was a very short visit. Maybe 5 minutes. I would have liked a little more time and I had not a lot of time to ask him questions.
It was very helpful. I feel better than I have in a while. I understand what is wrong and what I can do...what to expect.
There was a very short wait time, I was in with the doctor and had my xrays within an hour. Great service
The office staff is well-oiled - everyone has a job that is done efficiently. no time wasted here...
Good, knowledgeable physician. The staff is excellent.
The office is well run and the staff is polite and attentive. Dr. Weisel was great and understood that I was there because my original orthopedist was no longer covered by new insurance from work. That being said, and the fact that I felt comfortable with him, I decided to have my surgery done by him to repair my shoulder.
Professional, knowledgeable and comforting
I wad so gkad i found this doctor.. thank you zodoc. He is so pleasant and i will feel comfortable with him to do my surgery if needed.
He was thorough, thoughtful and kind.
I created some initial confusion by recalling it was Dr Wiesel who had performed surgery on my shoulder over 10 yrs ago...it turned out to be Dr. Delaney....Dr Wiesel was patient and understanding. I found his frankness refreshing. He provided me some pain relief (via a cortisone shot) and, when further attention is needed, I will return to him for his services.
Short but informative
It would have been better if Zocdoc had provided the doctor with the documents we laboriously filled out on your site!
I felt like Dr. Wiesel rushed my visit and felt intimidated because I have a nerve disease. He referred me to another doctor and recommended PT even though I informed him that I am unable to go to PT because of my disability.
Unbelievable. After nearly an hour wait, they announced that he was at least an hour further behind. Completely unprofessional
He didn't see me for more than 4 minutes. I felt like the visits were pretty rushed. I went in with shoulder pain and he diagnosed the issue with next arthritis after getting X-rays done. He didn't provide any more information and rushed out of the room. It felt too streamlined and not much caring or guidance from the doctor involved.
Performed surgery. Great results. Other doctors complemented the surgery results.
The visit was fine, but it was a waste of time completing forms on ZocDoc. They never got to the physician's office so I had to do them all over again. Also allow a lot of extra time when going to appointments at Georgetown. The traffic at 9am to get into the parking area was very very heavy.
I think he listen to me and evaluate the problem and gave me a way to help me heal
He was extremely competent, and he. gave me confidence in his ability to address my issues.
Hi is very good dr. This is my second time see him. I very recommended.
Loved the doc. The staff at the desk could use a little customer service training, but all-in-all pleasant experience.
Was very thorough and listened to my concerns.
Excellent doc, personable, helpful and clear.
Very positive, the only recommendation is that the space looks a bit tired and could be updated
He's very knowledgeable, competent, and has an excellent bedside manner
I don't know if I just got lucky and hit them at the right time, but my wait time for everything was minimal. I was called for check-in, then X-rays, then to see the doctor before I even had a chance to finish the paperwork. The doctor was tops in his field and answered all my questions completely. Only complaint would be that I went to the trouble to fill out all the online forms on ZocDoc, but the office didn't receive the information. Luckily, I printed a copy to take with me.
I went to Dr. Wiesel for shoulder/arm issues. After listening carefully to my symptoms and doing a thorough check, he thought there may be other factors beyond the shoulder and sent me to another specialist and to physical therapy. 8 weeks later, after a change in computer keyboard position and regular targeted exercise , I am much improved. Dr. Wiesel was extremely knowledgeable , respectful of my input, and patient with my questions. I highly recommend him.
Scheduled the appointment and got confirmation email but desk receptionist was insistent that I d have an appointment. Waited over an hour until I was given paperwork. Not happy with front desk but doctor was good. Have a broken collarbone so didn't appreciate the long wait and passive attitude.
Very fast and efficient. X-rays on premises makes whole process easier.
Was impressed by the fact that Dr Wiesel specifically specializes in shoulder issues
This was a first visit, which was very efficiently managed. I have been asked to do an MRI and will have a follow up visit - feedback after that will be more meaningful.
Dr. Weisel diagnosed my issue quickly and explained it well. The office setting was a little chaotic but I would go back.
