Dr Brian was awesome! The facility and office on the other hand was a nightmare. They had me travel all the way there twice and had no record of the appointment either time, despite texting and having me confirm the appointment over text the day before each time. Won’t be going back for this reason, but my first appointment with dr Brian was great as he was a great chiropractor!

I had never been to a chiropractor before and Dr Brian Flannery was so kind, gentle, and empathetic in easing my nerves (literally!), educating and reassuring me about the cause of the issue, and alleviating the pain. Definitely recommend - very intuitive and one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever encountered.

I made a last minute appointment for some neck/shoulder pain and while they initially called to push my time back slightly due to a conflict…I was still seen earlier than expected (which was much appreciated). Doctor didn’t asked me anything about my shoulder pain that I mentioned when scheduled the appointment. He actually didn’t ask me anything at all , just went straight to crack my back and neck . He took about 5 min for everything and left the room , his hands were stinky, didn’t smell like he washed before touch me.

Doctor Flannery is simply the best. Whether I come for a quick, targeted adjustment or a full adjustment, I always feel relief. The best part? I can often get a short-notice appt - something that’s critical for folks who are lucky enough not to require regular appts.
Dr. Flannery does a fabulous job of listening to symptoms and pain points and solving them.

I’m not sure how his care will be because I’ve only had two appointments so far. He does seem a little rushed and he’s not giving me work to do at home to improve my symptoms. This is making me think he wants it to take a long time for my symptoms to improve so he can cash in on the insurance money. I know how this field works so I’m a little skeptical. Otherwise he’s very nice and has great bedside manner!

Dr. Brian, was very kind and understanding. He was efficient with his correction of my spine and neck etc. and also worked on my legs and my arms. Feeling pretty good, still have some pain of course. But over time I think it’s going to dissipate and eventually go away. I am happy to have found Dr. Brian. I don’t have anybody even his face. I recommend Dr. Brian and all the chiropractors at Atlas Health.

Nice, kind hearted person. The girl at the front desk is nice, too. He is a very smart doctor, knows exactly what he's doing and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The whole appointment is a positive experience. I almost don't want to leave a review because once people know what it's like here- it will be too busy and hard to get an appointment. ??

I picked him because he has a 5 star rating and I was not disappointed.
This is one of the nicest doctors I've ever met.
He has a very positive, happy, relaxed vibe, even though it was late in the day.
He was very friendly and explained things in a very simple way that was easy for me to understand.
He's one of those very likable people who is just friendly and nice and makes you feel comfortable.
Even the staff seemed laid back and content/happy.

Dr Brian is awesome, he is so nice and welcoming. I see him for migraine headaches. The frequency of my headaches has gone down since seeing him. Although I still get them occasionally it is definitely an improvement from getting them weekly 2-4 times a week.

I came into Dr. Brian Flannery because he is the best San Francisco chiropractor. I was in a car accident and had severe back and neck pain. The treatment was amazing and I got great results quickly. He took care of me like his own family. I can’t recommend Dr. Brian Flannery enough! I refer everyone to him! Best chiropractor in the Bay Area!

Dr. Brian is the best chiropractor I've ever seen, and I've been adjusted by quite a few different chiros over the years. He really listens to what is bothering you, goes above and beyond with his treatments, and makes sure you are always comfortable and feeling safe. He is not only a phenomenal spinal adjuster, but his adjustments to my shoulders and knees/ankles have helped my overall body feel better than it ever has with previous chiropractors. Would 10/10 recommend Dr. Brian to anyone!!!

When I got there today, he answered my questions, and he was very kind and knowledgeable in his field. I appreciate him for being enthusiastically good at his job and referring me to a pain specialist. I feel better after the treatment today. I wish I could give ten stars to them. :)
