When I produced the message from Zocdoc that I was fully registered, the staff informed me that they did not use Zocdoc. My weight was well over two hours to be seen.
Waited over two hours. How is that acceptable?
My appointment was scheduled for 12:30. I received a call from their office 9:46. The appointment was rescheduled for 4:30 with another doctor. I arrived at 4:15. The office was quite crowded. At the time I was called in to see the doctor, I had just walked over to the check-in area to let them know that I was leaving. I stayed and saw the doctor at nearly 6 PM. Fortunately, the chairs in the office were comfortable. The doctor was a quiet gentleman. He did not provide and as I am not good at communicating I did not ask, what the diagnosis was. I still do not know. I was supplied with a prescription. The actual time spent with the doctor was minimal. He asked an assistant to perform a test. I asked her why she was doing the test. She replied because he said so, providing no other explanation. I suppose were I a more congenial, less introverted person I would have fared better. Also, being a morning person it had been a long day and I was tired, wanted to go home.

Lovely staff who sadly seem to be working for a bit of an oddball and unpleasant doctor. Wait times were very long. Got the treatment I needed though, so at least I feel like I was competently treated. Otherwise, not a great experience.
The whole appointment took almost than 3 hours. The reception staff was unfriendly and the test technician was unfriend and unclear. I had to ask several times if I was to follow them to a testing machine. The doctor was nice but also scared me with some early readings and then later said that it was ok. I would not recommend.

The wait time was about 2 hours. When I finally saw the doctor, he didn’t have enough supply and told me to come back in two weeks so that he can order it. It was a totally waste of my time and money for copay.
This doctor was amazing! I saw him last summer because of a Chalazion in my eye. He checked it out and referred me to the BEST doctor and I did a surgery to remove it. I’m so thankful that he was able to help me take care of this eye problem that I had for almost 2 years. His staff was great and he was very friendly.

The doctor seemed to be attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind to the elderly patient. The office was a booby trap. Exposed cables, unsafe rugs, mats, and chairs for patients to sit. Little room to move around. Not an office for an elderly, handicap, or disabled person. They need a bigger office. The staff was a mixed bag, some nice and some completely unprofessional.

I have been to that facility before and found everyone to be pleasant and helpful. The Doctor was great and diagnosed my issue quickly.

I went to get a second scanning on my eyes because the first results seamed to far out of range from my normal readings. This Dr didn't know what he was doing.
