I graduated with my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2022 with an emphasis on sports and rehabilitation. When I look at an injury or chronic pain, it is multi-faceted. If we are not looking at the body as an entire being, we can't paint a picture of what is actually going on. That is why a typical visit with me will include detailed soft tissue and fascial work, along with possible adjustments. In addition, I use the implementation of personal training and resistance training to best aid in your recovery. Based on whatever injury or condition you may have, we will implement different types of free weights, banded work, or machine work to aid in your recovery.
