About Dr. Brian Schultz
Dr. Schultz hails from the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, in 1996 and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2000. Over the past two decades, Dr. Schultz's experience has spanned the full spectrum of optometry, from working in the corporate optometric environment to focusing exclusively on the medical side of the profession alongside ophthalmologists. In 2011, Dr. Schultz and Mark Meyberg played an integral role as partners in establishing a very successful private practice in metro Atlanta, where they remained until 2021. Now, they have once again teamed up to create Uptown Eye Boutique, where they continue to deliver excellence in care and service. Dr. Schultz is currently an active member of the Georgia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing guitar, traveling, and being outdoors.

Dr. Schultz and his business partner are excellent people! You can really tell that they are passionate about what they do. My lenses were cut and fit into the frames I picked out same appointment! So convenient and so helpful. 10/10, would absolutely recommend time and time again.
