Brickell Quarles, Ph.D is a licensed Psychologist who holds Masters Degrees in Psychology, Theology and Biology, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Quarles worked as part of the Clinical Team at Rikers Island Correctional Facility at the Robert N. Davoren Center (RNDC) for 17 years as the Associate Director of Mental Health. In this capacity she saw patients, supervised and managed a multidisciplinary treatment team, and trained student psychologist and social workers. She opened the Harlem-based community mental health clinic, Phoenix Psychological Services, PC in 2017. The clinic services adults, children and families suffering from a variety of mental health issues, and is staffed by culturally competent treatment providers who are dedicated to working collaboratively as a team to meet each patient’s mental health needs.
