Are you struggling to get things done? Do you feel stressed out or overwhelmed? Are you unsure of who you really are or what you want? Is clear, effective communication a challenge? Would you like to feel more secure in your relationships? Are you having difficulty adjusting to recent changes? Life is complicated, but you don't have to figure it all out on your own. Reach out today to get the support you need to become comfortable in your own skin and grow into the person you want to be. I believe that every individual has a unique set of genetics and experiences, and every person is valuable and deserving of a life well lived. I'll help you reflect on influences including culture, religion, gender, location, and social situation so you can start to make conscious decisions about what to keep or let go of on your journey to a richer life with increased happiness and confidence. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University, which equips me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

One key to the effectiveness of therapy is the relationship itself; it's important to me that you feel accepted for exactly who you are at this moment. As your partner in change, I am always looking beneath the surface to make meaning and connections. While helping you challenge unproductive thoughts and sharing tried and true techniques, I will help you process your past & present experiences so that you can actively choose how you want to go forward on your journey and become the author of your own story. This way, you can become more resilient, better able to handle future challenges, and more prepared to rebound from setbacks.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
